Terms of Sale and Use

What you are buying
SherwoodCraft, a product line of Swissy Systems LLC, sells one-time digital file packages: guides, prompts, templates, adapters, checklists, and examples for self-directed users who run their own AI agent with Robinhood's official MCP. You receive files. You do not receive software services, account access, trading services, or ongoing support obligations beyond the refund policy.
License
Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license to use the files for your own setup and operations. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly republish the files or substantial portions of them.
Not advice, not affiliation
- Nothing in the products is investment, legal, tax, or financial advice.
- No product recommends securities, strategies, or trades.
- SherwoodCraft and Swissy Systems LLC are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Robinhood Markets, Inc. References to Robinhood describe interoperability with its publicly documented MCP.
- You are solely responsible for any orders you review, approve, or place in your own brokerage account, and for complying with your broker's terms.
Third-party changes
Robinhood, agent clients, and model providers change their tools and policies. The products document blocked-state paths for known limitations, but we do not warrant that any third-party capability will remain available.
Warranty and liability
The files are provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swissy Systems LLC's total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. We are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or consequential damages.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
