SherwoodCraft products are one-time digital file purchases delivered immediately after checkout. Because the full product is delivered on purchase, refunds are scoped to delivery defects.
Refunds are available when, within 7 days of purchase:
- your download link does not work and the recovery page cannot restore it,
- the bundle zip is corrupt or cannot be extracted,
- advertised root files are missing from the bundle, or
- the PDF or HTML guide is inaccessible.
Refunds are not offered for:
- investment outcomes or market losses,
- changes to Robinhood, its MCP tool surface, or third-party agent clients outside the documented blocked-state paths,
- deciding not to use the files after delivery, or
- requests for custom setup, white-glove support, or managed trading, which are not offered.
How to request a refund
Use the support page within 7 days of purchase. Include your checkout email and, if available, your Stripe receipt number. Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe.
