What we collect
- Checkout: payments run on Stripe. Stripe collects your payment details and email under its own privacy policy; we receive order metadata (email, product, payment status) to deliver your files.
- Download recovery and updates: when you use the recovery page, the email you enter is checked against completed Stripe purchases to email the latest eligible download links. We may store a hashed checkout email with product version-at-purchase metadata so update checks can say whether your files are current.
- Waitlist and support: emails and messages you submit are stored so we can respond or notify you.
- Analytics: we record anonymous, first-party event counts (page views, button clicks) with no cookies, no cross-site tracking, and no advertising identifiers.
- Infrastructure: the site runs on Cloudflare, which processes standard request logs to serve and secure the site.
What we do not do
- No selling or sharing of personal data with advertisers.
- No tracking cookies or third-party analytics scripts.
- No collection of brokerage credentials, account numbers, portfolio data, trade history, order details, or agent-session transcripts. The products run in your own agent or client and never report back to us.
Third-party tools
SherwoodCraft is meant to leverage tools you already use: Robinhood plus the AI agent or client you choose. Your Robinhood connection stays between you, Robinhood, and that provider. Review Robinhood's agentic trading disclosures, Robinhood's US User Privacy Statement, and the terms and privacy policy for your selected agent provider before connecting accounts.
Retention and removal
Order records are kept as required for accounting and dispute handling. Waitlist and support records are kept until resolved or until you ask for removal via the support page.
